PERMANENT COLLECTIONS ADVISER - MILTON KEYNES - GBP16,400 - 18,000 PER ANNUM (DOE) + BENEFITS
This position is permanent and will allow you to use your previous customer service/debt recovery experience whilst working in a fun and exciting environment.
This vacancy is for 40 hours per week between Monday - Friday 8.00am-09.00pm, with an 8am-1pm shift on a Saturday
Due to the nature of the business you will be subject to a cleared CRB/CCJ check.
As a Collections adviser, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have fallen into arrears with their credit card payments. You will be able to assess their current financial situation through asking probing questions and building rapport. The successful team member will be able to negotiate whilst displaying empathy and understanding in order to collect any outstanding balances or arrange a suitable payment arrangement.

You will need to be able to maintain a proactive approach to maximize recoveries collections whilst adhering to FSA/QA guidelines. You will also be expected to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are achieved in order to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
