BUSINESS ANALYSTS (FINANCIAL SERVICES): NORTH WEST BASED, WITH AN EXCITING GROWING BUSINESS. SALARY GBP35-42K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE PLUS A FANTASTIC BONUS SCHEME AND OUTSTANDING PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL.
The Company
We are presently seeking two Business Analysts for our client, an exciting and fast growing name in the financial services and banking sector to be based at their new North West offices. These positions (one IT biased and one operational biased) will be part of a newly developed team, which is required due to the growth of the business and recent acquisitions.
The Role
You will provide the link between the customer, internal stakeholders and development team throughout the development lifecycle. You will be responsible for collecting, understanding and transmitting the business requirements for the project. You will work with the development team members to allocate stories and use cases to contribute to product development and project management.
You will be accountable for ensuring the final product meets customer needs. And be responsible for the continuous delivery of value ahead of plan as well as ensuring there is a well-defined product backlog at any point in time. You will provide the link between operations, stakeholders and the technical team.
The Person
Business analysis experience, including business process analysis or business process re-engineering. You will ideally have experience with agile methodologies and have a strong technical background. We are looking for someone who is detail orientated with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with the product owner and development team. Experience in payments would be really advantageous.
We are looking for a driven individual with a hands-on entrepreneurial approach, who will take pride in building strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
