We are looking to recruit a dynamic Divisional Corporate Sales Manager to oversee the Fleet and Corporate Business Development activities for a well renowned and prestige brand .
Reporting into the Divisional Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Fleet support team and the dealership LBDMs.
Through your people, your main purpose will be to proactively and professionally manage, grow and maximise Fleet sales and profitability whilst ensuring attraction, satisfaction and retention of customers.
You will also offer full financial forecasting on a monthly basis to the Director.
This role is office & field based working mainly within the Yorkshire / East Midlands regions
The Person:
You must have a proven track record of leading, developing and engaging your team to deliver fantastic results. As you will mainly be field based, the ability to quickly build relationships is important, along with the ability to easily influence and motivate individuals.
You must also be results orientated with experience of working to targets and deadlines, along with strong communication skills.
Experience and a proven track record of success in managing Fleet Sales activities is essential

* GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 Basic + Bonus Scheme + Company Car
* OTE GBP70,000 - GBP75,000
