Internal Recruiter / Resourcing Advisor

I am looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter / Resourcing Advisor to join a leading professional services company based in Buckinghamshire. The role will focus on volume recruitment across a variety of business functions.
Key responsibilities:
* You will be a leading member of the recruitment team
* Proactively manage internal candidate pools and provide an amazing candidate experience
* Volume recruitment
* Sourcing and attracting high calibre candidates
* Working closely with hiring managers to determine current and future resourcing requirements
* Identifying, organising and initiating recruitment advertising activity through relevant media channels to generate prospective employees
* Assisting in the interviewing and selection process, liaising with department managers on paperwork and preparing selected candidates for entry into the business
What skills we are looking for:
* Be in a similar recruitment role
* Experienced in volume recruitment is ideal
* Experience in stakeholder management
* Experience of working with recruitment systems to deliver both internal and external experienced and direct hires across a range of business functions.
* Experience of implementing a range of attraction and selection methodologies, especially innovative sourcing solutions and competency-based interviewing techniques, across a diverse range of role's
* Experienced in using social media sites to attract high calibre candidates
* Experienced in direct sourcing
* Will look at ex agency experience
