Inbound Sales and Service Advisor - Personal lines Insurance - Immediate Start
Salary GBP16,000 - GBP18,000 + GBP300 - GBP400 Bonus per month
Preston
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
2 Saturdays per month 9:30 - 1:30 (Paid Overtime)
A leading specialist insurer in Preston with a fantastic reputation are currently expanding their personal lines insurance division and looking for a people with a background in insurance sales or financial sales experience to join their expanding team. This company are changing peoples lives each day and want people who would thrive on doing the same. The company offer a great package paying up to GBP18,000 basic salary with uncapped monthly bonuses of GBP(Apply online only). The company have ambitious growth plans and are looking to expand significantly over the next couple of years so there are excellent prospects for development. The company also offer a great benefits package including share save scheme, free parking & up to 25 days holiday.
As an Inbound Sales and Service Advisor you will be taking inbound calls providing quotes for new insurance policies and retaining and renewing existing customer's policies. You will also provide first class customer service and look for opportunities to upsell and cross sell where appropriate and in the best interests of the customer. If you want to go home each day knowing you have made a difference this is the job for you!
We are looking for candidates with;
Experience in insurance - sales or service
Financial Sales experience
A positive attitude and passionate about delivering outstanding service customers
A fantastic telephone manner
