Exam Invilgilators x 10 required for a College based in Salisbury to assist with Mock & GCSE's examinations from now up until end of June 2017. GBP8.50 per hour. The hours and days required will vary according to needs but if you can offer between 2 and 7 hours per day between the hours of 08.00am and / or until 15.30pm then please get in touch. The main examination period is in May and June, however there will be other examinations requiring invigilators at other times of the year. Free parking is available.
No experience is needed as full training will be given but experience of working with young people will of course be an advantage. Exam Invigilators will supervise examinations maintaining the requirements of External Exam Boards, referring refer any suspected malpractice to the Exams Officer. Your duties will include: helping to organise students at the start and end of each exam, distributing exam question papers, completing exam attendance registers, collecting completed scripts and ensuring they have been completed correctly.
This role would suit someone who is flexible, reliable, punctual, able to work alone and can problem-solve whilst keeping calm under pressure. You will have effective verbal and written communication skills with a firm but fair approach.
Successful applicants will be required to provide references and undertake a full enhanced disclosure by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
