Senior Property Consultant - Chappell & Matthews

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Chappell & Matthews team in Bristol. We are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our busy and dynamic flagship branch on Whiteladies Road in Clifton; we offer client care and advice that is second to non and our Sales Negotiators embrace this philosophy to guide our clients through the home moving process. You will be listening to clients needs, offering advice, organising market appraisals, making appointments with mortgage consultants and ensuring the client is introduced to other group services such as surveying and conveyancing. A sales background within Estate Agency or Lettings would be preferential for this role. You will have the following attributes: - Self motivated - A `can do` attitude - Superb communication skills - Ability to work as part of a successful team - Full Driving License - A stable work history.
