Maintenance Manager-Heavy Engineering
Northern Scotland, commutable from Inverness, Invergordon, Nairn
GBP40-55K plus benefits
42 Hours week, Days based work (some flexibility required for breakdowns etc.)
Are you an experience maintenance manager from an industrial or heavy manufacturing background looking for a one of the largest companies in their sector, offering training and future career progression?
This is a permanent position offering a senior level role in an interesting and ever developing engineering sector.
The role will focus on the control of all site maintenance activities and effective operation of the Plant.
Therefore tasks include:
1.Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules and manage unscheduled maintenance issues
2.Management of SHEQ, budgets, KPI's.
3.Management of direct staff and subcontractors, plus suppliers.
To apply you should have:
1.Academic and working experience within Mechanical/Electrical Heavy Engineering environment (ideally degree educated)
2.Demonstrable experience of managing staff, budgets and maintenance projects
3.Any knowledge of thermodynamics, steam generation or CHP preferable.
