Senior Estimator - Crawley
My client is a GBP100million turnover building contractor, privately owned and growing year on year. They are presently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor with some experience on large schemes to undertake a variety of commercially focused duties on schemes valued anything from GBP2million to GBP10million. Due to an influx of work and lots of success my client needs to grow his team fast.

• Educational
• Commercial
• Student Accommodation
Locations of work:
• Crawley
The Team:
• Commercial Manager
• 2 x Quantity Surveyors
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to secure a long term contract with an excellent contractor. You will be responsible for valuations, variations, take offs, procurement of subcontractors and will be used to working with JCT FOC & dealing with the client on a daily basis.
