Maintenance Engineers Required!
Immediate opportunities to join the Maintenance Team. With Manufacturing facilities located across the UK, we now require a Maintenance Engineer who wishes to work in a Technically focused varied role involving maintenance, installations, commissioning and projects.
As part of the maintenance team you will be working in a modern and warm, purpose built manufacturing facility.
We require maintenance engineers Mechanical OR Electrical OR of course Multi skilled to join the team
Salary: Dependent on experience and Shift - Ranging between GBP29,000-GBP38,400 per annum OTE GBP40,000+
OT Rates: Time and ??
Hours/Shifts available: Tuesday-Friday 19:00-07:15 or Friday-Sunday 07:00-19:15 - Please discuss preferred shift once shortlisted - Flexible patterns available
Benefits: Overtime, Pension matched percentage , up to 28 days holiday, healthcare, free parking, voucher scheme
Background required: Previous experience within a Manufacturing/Industrial environment as an maintenance engineer or strong transferable skills
Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer:
*To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.
*PPM's
Candidates suitability:
* Previous experience working within a maintenance role in a manufacturing/industrial environment
Transferrable skills: you may have knowledge of or previous experience with:
* PLC's
* Control systems
* Conveyors
* Motors
* Gearboxes
* Pneumatics/hydraulics
* Relays
The ideal Maintenance engineer will have as many of the following in order to strengthen application:
* Time served apprenticeship
* PLC experience for Fault Finding beneficial
* Previous experience working in manufacturing environment
* Educated in a relevant engineering discipline - City and Guilds/NVQ level 3/HNC/HND etc
