Senior Project Manager Job in Buckinghamshire : Senior Project Manager Buckinghamshire - GBP95K
My client one of the UK's leading residential developers, are looking for a Senior Project Manager to run a GBP50million residential project in Buckinghamshire. This project is one of the top residential projects outside of London in the UK, and they are looking for a project manager who has run a large mixed used development from start to finish.
This award winning client is looking for a Project Manager from a construction or development background, who has previously worked on large residential projects.
The successful candidate will hold a professional qualification or will come from a trade background with extensive experience gained on major residential projects. To be considered, you will have a consistent track record of delivery of similar schemes with values from GBP30m+. With a proactive and hands on approach, you will be able to demonstrate your expertise throughout the build from start to completion - the project is to start in April, so there will be a nice lead in to the start of the project. It would be beneficial that your portfolio should include a variety of projects including new build, RC frame, as well as fit-out and refurbishments.
Salary: GBP90,000 - GBP95,000 + Car Allowance + 20%Bonus + 5% bonus + 29 days holidays
