Role: Production Operator / Machine Operator x2 required
Location: Commutable from Horsham, Chichester, Crawley, Worthing, Brighton and surrounding areas
Salary: Circa GBP20,000 per annum - GBP25,000 per annum approx. with overtime
Hours: Double days Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for two Machine Operators to join a small and friendly manufacturing company on a Permanent basis. They pride themselves on honest communication and getting the job done. Responsibilities Breakdown
Set and operate packaging machinery, including tablet and cartoners
Set up machine to accommodate for job orders and specs
Conduct machine adjustments as needed to meet requirements
Work closely with other members of the team to assure a cooperative and friendly atmosphere with regard to the daily activities of production
Perform special projects and assignments as directed by supervisory personnel or management
Fill in the job sheet and sign first off quality checks
Ensure desired output is achieved with robust quality
Performs regular checks for compliance to specs and quality standards
Identify and promptly report to supervisor equipment malfunction, material, safety, and or quality issues
Help and assist with general maintenance and repair of the machinery
Escalate and communicate problems to maintenance team
Requirements
Worked in a Manufacturing and/or Production environment
Machine operating experience
Good English communication and written skills
Proactive work attitude and keen to get stuck in
Friendly and adaptable working attitude, with the hunger to learn and grow
