Lettings Negotiator
Location: Crewe
Salary: GBP16,000 Basic, Plus OTE GBP18-20k & Pool Car
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Saturdays on rota basis 10:00am - 1:30pm (approximately 25 per year)
Our client, a well established Estate Agency based in the Crewe area is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator you will primarily be carrying out viewings and achieving the best possible result for your clients.
The ideal Lettings Negotiator will:
•Have a minimum of 12 months experience working within a sales based environment
•Have previous experience of hitting and exceeding targets
•All candidates for this role will possess high levels of energy and drive to achieve their goals and targets, the best estate agent candidates must have a can do attitude
•Be well spoken, articulate, as well as being able to communicate with all types of client??le effectively
•Maintains a calm, credible and professional manner
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Time management skills
•Have a full drivers licence
