Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking to recruit an MRICS Building Surveyor to join their established Building Consultancy team. Working within a team of Chartered Building Surveyors you will work with a wide range of investors, landlords and occupiers.
You will be responsible for delivering a broad range of project and professional work including preparing specifications/schedule of works; preparing/reviewing schedules of dilapidation's; tendering and evaluation as well as contract administration.
The ideal candidate will have a Building Surveying degree, MRICS with experience working in a similar consultancy environment. This role would suit someone newly chartered to who is looking to progress their career.
The position will provide an opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients on a broad project base. As an established but growing office there are excellent career progression opportunities for the right candidate.
