My client is seeking an individual with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude to add to their growing team. You will be working within a friendly, professional environment in a very busy sales office. As a Property Sales Negotiator, joining a successful existing sales team, will allow you to build a rapport with clients and buyers, qualifying their needs effectively and then negotiating and closing the sales and providing an excellent customer experience.
The Role
Carry out market research and be aware of current market trends and factors
Build detailed knowledge of buyers' individual needs
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and decision making process
Negotiate effectively, complete all administration on time and accurately.
Maximize revenue generation
Provide timely forecasts of revenues of individual performance
Cross selling certificates
The successful candidate will possess:
Prior Estate Agency Sales experience,
Excellent people skills, with the ability to motivate, train and encourage.
Strong negotiation and people/customer management skills.
A good understanding of the property market
A high level of commercial awareness.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
A keen eye for detail.
Able to work to targets and driven to succeed
A willingness to go the extra mile.
Relevant qualification would be preferred but not essential
Full clean Driving license with own transport
