Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst - Hertford
Up to GBP28,000 + BENS package
Due to an increasing workload across the South East region of the UK, our client, a nationally recognised multi-disciplined workplace compliancy consultancy is actively looking for an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team at their Hertfordshire based office.
You will be based at their Hertfordshire office, servicing a wide portfolio of clients across various sectors, from Local Authorities to Retail projects, within a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals. This role will see you as part of the Asbestos field team, utilising your Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst skills for a number of key accounts.
To be considered for this Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst role, you must be BOHS P402 qualified, with the additional BOHS P403 and P404 being crucial for dual role work. You will have relevant experience of Asbestos Surveying and undertaking Asbestos Air Monitoring procedures, as well as experience of using hand held devices for data collection and submission.
Key duties of this Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst role:
* Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition type Asbestos Surveys on various Domestic and Commercial properties
* Carry out Asbestos Air Tests, 4-Stage Clearance Tests and issue re-occupation certifications as appropriate
* Liaise with clients, contractors and tenants alike for all project developments
* Collect and conduct any Bulk Samples/Sampling as required
This is field based role so you must be flexible to travel and commute as needed. As this is also a consultancy based role you must have excellent communication skills, and ensure that all HSE and UKAS standards are met through a keen eye for detail.
