Our company operates in a specialist niche market providing an open and transparent recruitment service for both our client companies and client candidates throughout the UK.
We have been experiencing growth for many years and as this growth will continue to be of a sustained nature we are further expanding to ensure we continue to delight our customer base. This expansion includes securing larger offices in order to provide a pleasant environment for the existing team and those we are recruiting.
Based on the outskirts of Barry, South Glamorgan we are inviting interest from experienced Recruitment Consultants/Administrators/Co-Ordinators or motivated, personable and enthusiastic individuals who wish to build a recruitment. Generalist recruitment training will be provided as will specific training with regard to company ethics, working methodologies and practices.
RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
•Providing total recruitment solutions including Contract and Permanent appointments to the Food Manufacturing, Processing and Packaging sector.
•Providing a full 360 recruitment solution to clients and candidates
•Taking responsibility for a portfolio of jobs, from instruction through to completion
•Compiling job specs, ensuring all roles are advertised and dealing with advert response
•Sourcing Candidates from internal database, job boards and social media
•Continuous candidate liaison
•Shortlisting candidates in line with key criteria provided by clients
•Formulating and sending candidate cvs
•Formulating and sending candidate profiles
•Monitoring and processing compliance documentation
•Undertaking interviews
•Attending client sites as necessary to further develop relationships
•Taking thorough job specifications from clients
•Client liaising ongoing
•Placing and tracking adverts
•Database Management
