We are delighted to be recruiting for Call Centre Sales/Service Advisors for several large global brands based in the Belfast area.
You will be experienced in delivering exceptional customer service, perhaps gained from a previous role in a retail, hospitality or call centre environment. To be considered, a minimum requirement is that you can demonstrate 12 months experience working directly with customers.
The roles we have available vary in nature, from Outbound Sales Roles, through to Inbound Customer Service/Sales. For all roles attention to detail, flexibility, target driven, quick thinking and customer focused are essential qualities we are looking for, alongside a confident telephone manner.
Minimum Job Requirements:
12 months customer service experience
Helpful and friendly telephone manner
Excellent communicator
Flexible to working patterns, with some weekends required
All roles are permanent, full time and the basic salary level is dependant on experience
