Salary: GBP35000 - GBP48000 per annum

Our company client is a well established Retail Insurer who are currently seeking to appoint a driven and tenacious Risk & Compliance Officer to join their growing team in Surrey. This is an outstanding opportunity for a strong Compliance professional to make the step up into a role that will offer significant stakeholder engagement and the prospect of getting excellent conduct risk experience.
Purpose of this role:
* You will work closely with the Head of Conduct in advising the business on all regulatory risks facing the business.
* This will work in hand in hand with ensuring that all Risk & Compliance issues are effectively identified and assessed.
Major duties will involve:
- Ensuring that Compliance policies and processes are effectively embedded into the business.
- Implement an effective monitoring and reporting process for all conduct related procedures.
- Ensure all regulatory and conduct risks are reported and managed.
Candidate??s skills and background:
* To be considered you will need strong written and verbal communication skills whilst having the desire to work proactively in a well-established Compliance department.
