Graduate Account Manager. Field role across the midlands - Birmingham, Nottingham etc
Salary: GBP20,000 (GBP28K OTE)

The successful graduate will initially work closely with and shadow a senior sales person. You will create your own sales plan with your manager - our client prioritises your development. Strategically generating new business, the Graduate Account Manager will contact prospective clients over the phone, via email and social media. Developing rapport with existing clients to ensure return business, you will confidently deliver client proposals and presentations face to face in the field.
As your earning potential climbs, so will your responsibilities. Building and maintaining relationships with major and key accounts, you will manage your own stable of clients along the route into senior sales or a managerial position.

- Shadow and learn from a senior sales professional, developing a personal sales plan

- Negotiate with clients, following up on proposals and closing business
- Manage your own territory, taking ownership of your own client base
