This top tier Agency supplying trades and labour recruitment to the Construction industry, is looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their team.
The office environment is friendly with hard-working, intelligent and outgoing consultants. They are a sociable team both in and outside of work and we take pride in the service provided to their clients.
This is a fast paced 360 role that, while demanding, continually busy and pressured will offer you a chance to earn fantastic bonuses, with uncapped commission. Therefore, they are looking for charismatic and driven people who are ambitious to learn and progress their career and earning potential beyond their peers.
Duties to include:
- Generating new business by using a high volume of outbound sales calls
- Arranging new business meetings
- Negotiating with candidates & clients
- Sourcing suitably skilled candidates to fulfil client requirements
What you need:
- Must be focused on a career in recruitment.
- Ability to work well in a high pressure environment
- Excellent communications skills and a natural conversationalist, is confidence in speaking with potential clients
- Must be ambitious, target driven and comfortable working in a team based environment.
- Intelligent and inquisitive with commercial awareness.
