Payroll Supervisor  - Reading A confident & dynamic Payroll Supervisor is required to join a successful nationwide organisation based in Reading.Leading a team of 4 Payroll Administrators, the Payroll Supervisor reports directly to the HR Manager. Payroll Supervisor &ndash Responsibilities Manage the day to day running of the Payroll service. Line manage 4 Payroll Administrators.Manage the team in relation to KPIs & SLAs.Mentor the team to encourage personal development and career progression. Provide support with projects & implementations. Ensure the end to end employee lifecycle is delivered efficiently. Advise all employees on Payroll procedures, practices & polices.Payroll Supervisor &ndash Experience Track record of working as a Manager/Team Lead/Supervisor within a Payroll environment. Track record of managing the entire employee lifecycle. Working with and developing Payroll systems. Experience developing and working with KPIs & SLAsExcellent working knowledge of Payroll policies, procedures, compliance and legislationWorking towards or qualified with CIPP.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior payroll professional to be involved in the running of a successful Payroll team, managing an exciting period of change at an international organisation.
