As the Call Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our client’s call centre and ensuring a world-class service is consistently delivered. 

In this important role, you will coach and up-skill Team Leaders and guide them to drive the strategic goals of the business. You’ll take a hands-on approach and maximise both sales and customer satisfaction.   

You will deliver to stretch targets, as well as testing new ways of working and implementing changes to further enhance your department’s performance. Additionally, you’ll accurately predict performance trends and effectively manage any issues. 

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have: 

- At least three years’ customer service contact centre experience 
- At a minimum, one year’s experience in a management and/or leadership role in a customer-centric contact centre environment 

Commercially astute and results-driven, as the Call Centre Manager, you will be articulate with an innovative approach to problem-solving. You will also have a collaborative working style and the ability to motivate and inspire others. 

Fluency in a second language, in addition to English, would be beneficial to your application, as would a degree level education.
