Are you looking for a challenging Engineer role within the publishing sector?
My client is one of the world's largest and most trusted distributors of physical and digital content and they are currently looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager to manage daily operations delivering products and services and change the way digital content is delivered worldwide.
The purpose of the role is to provide overall management and support to maintenance personnel, develop training plans and oversee training, work on various projects, have an input into Health & Safety and maintain the inventory and associated budget management. As well as being a strategic role you are expected to be very hands on and get involved ensuring all shifts are fully briefed with relevant information.
It is essential that you are an all-round engineer with both electrical and mechanical skills and that you have a good knowledge and experience of the digital print sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a hands on and strategic role simultaneously will be crucial to your success.
Salary up to GBP40k basic, plus a performance related company bonus of up to 10% of salary. And other excellent benefits.
