Role: Graduate Engineer - Manufacturing
Location: Commutable from Newbury, Reading, Oxford, Bristol, Swindon and Andover - Candidates willing to relocate will also be considered
Salary: GBP26,000 - GBP29,000 per annum + bonus + pension + other benefits

Position Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be trained and developed into the role of Technical Support Engineer, focusing and supporting projects across production, machinery, facilities and grounds.
This work includes:
Support the manufacturing process with regards to improving operational and process performance.
Promote continuous improvements by investigating issues/problems and providing solutions
Ensure all existing and future equipment meets the technical and quality requirements of the operation.
Assist in the selection and integration of new equipment and services.
To evaluate, manage, and report the process capability of the equipment and services employed in the operation.
Develop equipment/services on associated risk and impact of equipment failures.
Assist in the management and reporting of capital/revenue projects.
To drive and support the delivery of quality, safety and CI related activities.
Contribute towards a lean manufacturing process.
Requirements
Recent graduate Engineer 2016, 2015 or 2014 - Most engineering discipline will be considered (Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical)
Industrial/Manufacturing experience, such as a sandwich year will be highly regarded
Must demonstrate strong project coordination experience in their CV - University projects, hobby projects, work projects etc.
Hands on type attitude/experience - some demonstration of this within your CV is required
Must be interested in Engineering within a Manufacturing environment
Must be career motivated, hungry to learn, develop with a proactive attitude
