Aviation Recruitment Network Ltd is a niche provider of bespoke Recruitment & Employment Screening Services to the UK's Commercial Aviation Industry.
As a member of the Pertemps Network group of companies, we are a Sunday Times top 250 company with annual turnover exceeding GBP450 million and growing.
Due to exponential growth, we are now looking to increase our talented divisions with trainee Recruitment Consultants who have the ability to become tomorrow's leaders.
As a trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the growth of our existing client base and new business development.
Once trained, you will be responsible for the marketing of skilled and unskilled candidates to new and existing clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Work on a pre existing accounts and establish client needs and develop new business
Undertake client visits
Use a wide range of professional selling skills to generate new revenues and candidate placements
Generate new business via networking, telesales and available social media tools
We are looking for confident sales professionals currently employed within a telesales or outbound sales or business to business sales or business development or field sales or residential lettings or direct sales or cold calling or direct marketing or territory sales or canvassing or media sales or sales consultant or recruitment consultant or business development executive or business development consultant or business development environment.
If you are this person then no recruitment experience is required for this role as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be provided with the latest training and development delivered by some of the leading external suppliers of recruitment training within the industry.
We also want to hear from junior Recruitment Consultants currently working in the recruitment industry looking to develop and enhance their career in an extremely rewarding and dynamic new environment.
However you must have:
Experience of working to targets in a sales driven environment
A proven track record in face to face sales, field sales, telesales or business development
Effective time management, planning and organisational skills
A Full, clean UK manual driving licence
Trainee Recruitment Consultant package includes:
Realistic generous salary + commission of GBP30,000 p/a in the first year
Basic salary between GBP16, 500 p/a - GBP22,000 p/a plus GBP10k - GBP15k in the first year)
