Within the Capita Resourcing Division, Capita Internal Resourcing provides a comprehensive in-house recruitment service to a variety of clients recruiting a range of positions.

Due to our progressive growth plans, we're now recruiting for an Internal Recruitment Consultant. Working in conjunction with the Recruitment Manager and Delivery team, you will be tasked to successfully place candidates into various large scale volume projects within Capita. This is a great opportunity to join our highly successful recruitment team, initially on a 3 month fixed term contract.

As an Internal Recruitment Consultant for Capita Internal Resourcing, you'll be responsible for qualifying the hiring manager's requirements & managing their expectations, salary benchmarking / providing market intelligence to the hiring manager community, identifying candidates, screening for suitability and then managing the candidates through the recruitment process.

We are especially interested in speaking to candidates who come with experience from RPO / Account Management / Onsite Recruitment type roles, as you will be in a client facing environment, to manage relationships, advice and influence the hiring community accordingly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing hiring managers within the business, and encourage resource planning for their business areas.

Adherence to agreed recruitment delivery process, including vacancy management, detailed qualification of all roles, advertising, sourcing, candidate interviews, submission, offer and new starter process.

Manage the candidate care strategy throughout the recruitment process to include; frequency of contact, accurate information provided, and consistent feedback given.

Identify sources for candidate attraction; job boards, job events, database utilisation, talent pooling, social media, headhunting and networking.

Manage the end to end recruitment process for each hiring manager within the business unit.

Ensure all advertising complies with current legislation and is managed appropriately both internally and externally.

Gain a full understanding of the business units and culture, to forge a better relationship.

Attendance of some on-site client meetings.

Provide Market Intelligence (including heat mapping) and advice to our hiring managers regarding local and national market trends.
10

Perform and meet objectives and targets.
11

Ensure the use of our PeopleFluent Database (application tracking system) to support the recruitment process.
