About the role

This role is to support the supervisor in leading teams of individuals who support Share Plans for Major Dedicated Clients who have outsourced their administration to Capita Asset Services.

The Dedicated Share Plans team cover all aspects of plan administration including:

* One to One relationship with clients
* Initial Grant of Awards/Options
* Initial eligibility and application processes
* Maintenance of participant data
* Management of leavers
* Reconciliations
* Client Reporting
* Management of Maturities
* Management of sales and transfers
* Management of option maturity and award vesting events
* Trading of options/awards/shares
* Tax Returns
* Participant support

What you will do:

* Being a key person for client activity with responsibility for maintaining the client relationship with regards to share plans.
* Helping to organise all daily activity to ensure it is completed accurately and timely and in line with scheme/plan rules, regulatory requirements and any applicable terms and conditions.
* Planning for future major events including Grants, Reporting, Maturities, Vests, Dividends, Statements, Applications and Launches.
* Ensuring that all procedures are up to date and followed accurately.
* Liaising with support partners.
* Checking and authorising of administrator's/senior administrator's work, providing guidance and correction when needed.

Your experience will include:

* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Strong customer service skills
* Strong planning and organisational ability
* Regulatory awareness specifically in relation to discretionary plans
* Ability to meet tight deadlines
* Extensive experience of working within the financial industry exposed to shares/options/bonds or other similar financial instruments.
