Debt Managers Services Limited (DMSL) is part of Secure Trust Bank, a well-established banking group, and provides a superb range of debt recovery services to the credit industry. They are now looking for a Collections Manager to join their talented team.

As the Collections Manager, you’ll lead and develop DMSL’s Collections Department on a strategic level and enable employees to recover arrears on behalf of customers.  
 
You’ll develop and implement a collections strategy to ensure that targets are met, processes are improved upon and customer satisfaction is achieved.
 
Growing, guiding and motivating your team, you’ll develop their abilities and handle escalated complaints in-line with company standards.
 
Additionally, you’ll build strong working relationships with customers and contribute positively to both customer meetings and audits.
 
To be considered, you must have:
 
- Considerable experience within a collections management role
- Front line financial services experience
- Recruitment experience
- A proven track record of continuously reaching monthly targets
- Excellent knowledge of industry compliance inclusive of DPA, FCA, OFCOM and CPA 
 
Friendly and personable, as the Collections Manager, you must have superb communication skills. You must also be able to remain calm under pressure and effectively prioritise your workload. 
 
Quality assurance experience would be beneficial to your application.
