A B Resourcing has been appointed to recruit a Facilities Manager based in Birmingham.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who has a unique blend of skills combining solid FM experience with robust management practices.
The essential experience is at least 3 years in a Facilities Management role demonstrating a thorough knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental issues, good IT literacy, a background within a business development or account management and a knowledge of the Bids & Tenders process.
Driver's License and own transport is a must.
A competitive salary + bonus is offered along with generous car allowance + benefits
