A school near Weston Super Mare with an excellent reputation is looking for an English teacher that wants to make that step up to Head of Department. If you have experience already, that's great, but the school is happy to support someone through the transition from Teacher to HOD.
You'll be able to drive forward strategies for a new way of learning English, and engage and enthuse learners with active, hands-on learning. The school works in partnership with local businesses and employers to raise the profile of the English department and make classroom learning relevant to the real world.
The job will be starting in Easter, and will be a full time, permanent contract.
