Are you a skilled production operative? Do you have experience of operating and monitoring the smooth running of production machinery? We have a great permanent opportunity for someone with this experience to join a forward thinking and dynamic organisation based near Cribbs Causeway.
The role will be working for a specialist document management company and the will involve covering all aspects of the production process. This will include running and monitoring large scale mailing machines/ printers, correcting errors and also folding and hand stuffing envelopes when required. To apply we will be looking for candidates to have great communication skills, with a good standard of numeracy and literacy, have a logical approach to work and a can do, flexible attitude and to be able to work both as part of a team but also take responsibility for their own work area, escalating issues when appropriate. Having the ability to pay high attention to detail and to maintain concentration whilst working in a fast paced busy environment is essential for the role.
Experience in a production environment is essential for this role. The role will be working on a 13.00-22.00 shift Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch.The production environment is fully air conditioned and operational staff benefit from Free parking, Staff canteen with free beverage refreshments and work-wear and safety footwear is provided. Due to the content of the information accessible to successful candidates, you must be able to pass a DBS and Financial Background identity check prior to commencement of employment. You must also be able to provide work and address history for the previous 3 years.
