With ambitious plans to grow further, we are looking for highly driven individuals interested in beginning as trainees and working up the ladder.
As a completely organic company, we believe in only ever promoting from within. We only have, and will continue to, recruit at trainee level with a huge emphasis on the continual development of our staff from Day One up to Exec-Level.
What can we offer our trainees?
??? A generous, uncapped commission structure alongside a competitive basic salary. Realistically consultants will earn ??25-30K in their first year however exceptional consultants have earned in excess of ??40k+ - the more you put in, the more you get out! Within 3 years, most consultants are earning ??55-65K with many top performers taking home six figures.
??? Clear, target-based progression which allows you to progress fast. Many individuals have achieved management status within 18 months and Associate Director status in only 5 years.
??? An impressive in-house Business Performance Academy, widely regarded as a leader in the industry. SmithCorp heavily invest in our employees - you will be provided with a mentor who will provide you with initial 'on the job' training as well as structured schemes to support & develop you from trainee to Exec-Level.

This is a trainee role so we are specifically not looking for individuals with recruitment experience. We're more interested in your personality, characteristics and work ethic . We're looking for individuals who are:

??? Competitive and work well under pressure
??? Hard working - this should be reflected by either employment history or academic or sporting achievements
