Our client is looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant who will provide administrative support to a busy HR team. You will act as the first point of contact for staff and managers and your duties will include recruitment administration and maintaining the HR database, as well as providing support to payroll. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to develop an HR career.

The day to day duties of the HR Assistant will include:

?? End-to-end recruitment coordination including getting involved in interview panels and carrying out through pre-employment checks

?? Coordinating international recruitment and assisting new members of staff Supporting in ER cases

?? Coordinating the Performance Appraisal process

?? Conducting Exit interviews

The ideal candidate should have;

?? Previous generalist HR Administration experience

?? CIPD Level 3 (preferable)
