An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Supervisor at our Tamworth office. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will be working closely with the Customer Service Representatives working in the team both supervising and order capturing. You will need the ability to work on your own initiative but have strong interpersonal skills to achieve the desired results in a fast paced environment.

Customer Service Supervisor Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Communication and internal company navigation will be key attributes for this position. You will be responsible for the daily supervision of the customer team and the provision of customer service to agreed targets and quality levels, whilst ensuring customer retention and profitable sales/growth opportunities are developed. You will also produce and analyse reports and have the ability to influence and liaise with other departments, such as Stock, Operations & our Product Management teams. The role will also include working closely with our external sales team.

We Are Looking For:

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. There will be a need to deliver results through support management and motivation of a team of Customer Service Representatives therefore good interpersonal skills are required as well as enthusiasm and critical attention to detail. It is essential that you have previously worked as Supervisor or Team Lead.
