FMCG Marketing Manager

Elevation Marketing are exclusively working with an innovative and rapidly growing business within the FMCG food industry. With new offices in Sheffield they are seeking an experienced marketing professional with a background in either; FMCG, consumer durables or Retail to join and work closely with the Senior Management Team to manage the marketing function.

This is a great opportunity for someone, it will provide you with the autonomy to manage the marketing strategy, driving brand equity and all associated marketing communications. This business is led by consumer insight and consumer needs, which requires a commercially focused and ambitious individual to create, manage and drive through a successful marketing plan to aid the company and its growth plans for the coming years.

There is a huge emphasis on growth from a marketing perspective and this role will suit someone who is digitally astute with a desire to remain involved in the wider marketing activities including Market Research; Brand Positioning; Online Engagement; NPD; PR; Event Management right through to staff management.

Elevation Marketing would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experience:

?? A proven track record of working within a SME FMCG / Retail environment with exposure to the major multiples
?? Preferably 5 years + experience within a marketing capacity, Degree calibre within marketing or associated discipline
?? Confident and commercial approach with experience of creating, developing and implementing marketing plans / activity across the full marketing mix
?? Strong demonstration in planning, organising and managing multiple medium to large scale events
?? Proven ability to deliver ROI on lead generation campaigns to support the sales team
?? NPD knowledge and experience delivering this through to launch would be advantageous with experience in brand and own label categories
?? Proven ability and experience across the full marketing mix
?? Excellent written and oral communications
