An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Talent Acquisition Team at Trinity Mirror Group. The Resourcing function is going through significant change, moving from a reactive resourcing approach to a talent acquisition model.

The role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with our Regional business across the South managing the end to end resourcing requirements, talent pipelining key skills for the future and delivering key resourcing projects as part of the transformation plan. You will be working strategically with stakeholders to implement resourcing projects to drive positive change.

You

You will be an experienced Recruiter with the ability to manage the end to end recruitment process, have excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills and be comfortable with a high volume of work including projects. With an organized and methodical approach, you will provide expertise and knowledge to our Hiring Managers helping us attract and maintain top talent.
