Telesales Executive /Account Manager

Telesales Executive/ Customer Account manager is needed for this leading packaging materials company to be based in their Portsmouth Office.

In the role you will be involved in maintaining and growing your existing customer base through regular telephone interaction along with arranging face to face visits with senior sales representatives. Closing sales over the phone, generating new quotations and maintaining existing customer relationships.

Alongside this you will be required to make prospecting calls to businesses throughout the UK with a view to offering immediate quotations and booking face to face meetings where appropriate.

Required skills:
1 yrs + Telesales experience with a proven track record of closing sales over the telephone as well as quality appointment generation.
A fast learner you who is confident in using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communicator used to dealing with senior level decision makers.
Comfortable presenting products and services over the phone as well as dealing with customer concerns.
Working knowledge of the Sage platform preferred - experience of maintaining a customer database is essential.
