Job Description
About the IT Product Manager role:
The position is in the IT Product design and development section, whose primary designs are tools for automatic upgrade and transformation systems.
The role will primarily include managing the company's IT product development, as well as leading new designs, architecture & development of new software products.
The candidate must be able to lead a team of product development, yet have the confidence to work and solve problems individually.
Key Skills
The key skills required for this role are
Minimum 10 years of experience on Hybris C4C, X++ scripting, Dynamics CRM, SAP S4/Hana, SAP CRM & Shared Service Employee Interaction Centre (EIC 7.1+).
Minimum 5 years of experience in development of apps on Sales Force platform
Expert level experience on SuccessFactors EC
Minimum 5 years of experience on migrating on premise SAP and Dynamics CRM on to cloud
Expert in preparing project timelines and estimates using SaaS estimators
Experience in data analytics using Scala, Elastic Search
Expert in using Docker technologies
Configure knowledge management using C4C MindTouch Integration
Extensive Experience in Agile Methodologies as Scrum Master
Configuration and Integration experience of SAP C4C with Hybris eComm, Social media channels
Complex Global product rollout experience of minimum 100+ countries
Experience in integrations with Biz talk, SSIS and Filemover
Expert in ERMS and HRSP with ability to resolve issues raising from integrations.
Experience in test design, scripts creation and execution with defect management using HP QC, MTM
Experience in using HP Service Manager v7+ and HP Service Center
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Chemical & Natural resources industries
It would be advantageous but not essential if the applicant also had the following:
Multithreading applications
Real Time Development
Vision Analysis / OpenCV skills
QT and/or QML programming experience
iOS and/or OSX development skills
Experience within the Media, Logisitcs and Manufacturing experience
Qualifications
Master’s Degree
English Language
Be able to communicate fluently
