Blackpool Council is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to develop and deliver their new Mental Health and Employment Pilot.
Applicants must have significant knowledge of the delivery processes and procedures involved in the provision of complex employment support contracts and significant experience of management in this sector.
Solid leadership and the ability to provide strong direction to a multi disciplinary team is a key element of this role, as is the ability to demonstrate influencing, persuading and negotiating skills to facilitate the engagement of key stakeholders in the development and roll out of the pilot to ensure its success.
Successful candidates will have a flexible, target focused approach and be able to motivate and performance manage the team to ensure they meet or exceed the pilot targets and ensure a quality service is delivered.
