Due to expansion a vacancy has arisen for an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Branch Manager to take over the running of a successful branch in Manchester. The organisation are a leading nursing, health and social care recruiter who provide permanent and temporary staffing solutions to a wide range of clients. The position:
You will be involved in the day to day running of the branch including the management, leadership and development of the team. You will need to ensure that sales and financial targets are met within the current risk and regulatory framework whilst promoting the highest standards of care and service ensuring quality standards are maintained.
As a member of the senior management team you will report to the Operations Manager and should be driven and motivated to providing an industry leading care service. The main duties of the role include:
* Recruitment of branch staff
* Leading and developing the staff team
* Motivating the staff team
* Attending client meetings
* Business development
* Ensuring compliance is adhered to
The person:
Ideally you will be currently managing a recruitment branch within a Healthcare setting and you will have experience of managing budgets. You will be a strong leader and have the ability to set and meet challenging targets. You will need to be a driver with your own car
