Due to the continuing success of our clients business, and increasing numbers of staff, they now need to appoint a Training Manager.
Working with line managers and supervisors, and using their own knowledge and experience, the training manager will:
??? develop training needs analysis;
??? research and develop necessary interventions, including design and production of training materials
??? deliver, where appropriate, direct training to staff
??? administer the training programme
Initially this role will be 3 days per week to suit successful applicant needs where practicable, as well as the business need. Some flexibility on attendance will be required; their operation is 7 days per week so some occasional weekend attendances are to be expected.
Successful candidates will have gained at least part of their experience and training in a retail environment and must have at least 5 years??? experience in training development and delivery.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate extensive experience of different interventions and meeting the needs of the workforce, and/or hold a relevant training qualification and/or membership of relevant professional body.
Knowledge or experience of horticulture is not a requirement.
Pay: competitive in the industry and dependent on experience
