Parts/service advisor

Working in a small tight knit team you will be responsible for providing a top quality service. You will sell our aftersales services and ensuring their successful delivery to customers who cherish their motorcycles, liasing with the workshop to understand work in progress, keeping customers informed, where necessary requesting authorisation for additional work and resolving all queries to customers complete satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have a background in Sales/Aftersales from either the motorcycle or automotive industries. However, exceptional candidates without a motorcycle or automotive background will be considered. Parts and clothing retail sales experience from within the motorcycle industry could also be advantageous.

Essential

The successful candidate will be personable, highly motivated and able to achieve consistently high levels of customer service. They will also be an effective communicator and must have a passion for motorcycles. A good understanding of motorcycle mechanics would be beneficial but isn't essential.

Desirable

Knowledge and experience of a Dealer Management System would be an advantage
