We are currently looking to fill a new position for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a Property Services company located in Southampton, Hampshire.
Reporting to the Senior QS, you'll be liasing with contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure information, costs, profitability and value meet the requirements of designated projects with both public and private sector organisations.
The position will mainly be located at the company's office in Southampton with some commute to social housing properties around the local area, particularly Gosport.
Salaries ranging between GBP25k - GBP30k per annum
