We are looking for an experienced Catering Assistant to work in a busy kitchen environment for an organisation based on the outskirts of Bridgwater, initially on an ongoing temporary position with the potential to become permanent.
Main Responsibilities are to ensure the delivery of excellent customer cuisine, produced within food safety, hygiene and health safety regulations and guidelines.
Providing support to the duty chef in providing hot meals to staff members.
Carrying out cooking of hot meals, serving up plates, prepping vegetables and washing up.
Previous experience in a similar position essential together with food and hygiene certificates, good team player and a positive attitude required.
Pay Rate: ??7.50 per hour
Hours: 8.00am - 3.30pm working a 4 on / 4 off shift including weekends.
