LDD & Data Support Manager - Offender Learning

We have an exciting new opportunity for a LDD and Data Support manager working within our successful Offender Learning contract.

The person appointed will be required to train, co-ordinate and lead our OLASS team in the group and individual support for learners with Learning Disabilities and Difficulties in developing and implementing effective teaching strategies and personalised programmes within the southwest prisons. The person appointed will also be required to analyse data and performance in order to inform strategic direction and operational imperatives.

This position will require the successful candidate to travel to all prisons across the Weston College group.
