My client is a leading Call Centre based in Leeds & Sheffield. They are looking to recruit an experienced Recruiter to join their in house team.

You will support the Resourcing Manager with recruiting talent for a diverse range of Contact Centre positions at their offices in Sheffield and Leeds. They can offer you the chance to expand your skills as a recruitment specialist or in the wider HR team.
Key responsibilities:
Source candidates for a wide variety of roles
Coordinate E2E Recruitment Campaigns for Non Volume and Volume Recruitment where required
Provide full administrative support to the Recruitment & HR team
Arrange interviews with line managers and candidates
Post job adverts on the internal job news, careers site and any other relevant jobsites
Respond to candidate applications, conduct telephone screening calls and shortlist CVs
Attend & assist with external recruitment events
Meet and greet candidates and oversee onsite interviews and assessments
Assist with wider HR team duties when required

Microsoft Office and Excel skills

Ideally a Contact Centre recruitment background.
