Your approach to business should be based on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates to get the best possible fit for each role. You should be confident on both the phone and in face-to-face meetings and understand the importance of real communication between clients and candidates.

The Ideal Candidate:
Most of your business will be generated from reputation, so strong sourcing, and interviewing skills, including proven direct sourcing ability is necessary.
You should have at least 1 years' full cycle recruitment experience with excellent networking and account management skills. You should be determined and have the proven ability to work with tight deadlines and a great attention to detail.
Ideally, you'll have a good knowledge of the local market and be confident in running client visits. You are required to have strong negotiation skills as you will be liaising with candidates and clients to get the best business for both parties.
You will be a person who is happy to develop new business when necessary, although fundamentally there is lots of existing business!
