Commercial Manager
This is a rare and fantastic opportunity to work for a fast-paced, progressive and award-winning company near Chelmsford.
The Commercial Manager will report directly to the Commercial Director, and the key focus of the role is to provide an excellent commercial service to the construction team across a portfolio of projects.
•Working closely with Construction managers, you will need to control all the associated costs and risks for the projects in order to maximise profitability.
•Provide excellent and efficient Support to Commercial Director
•Work with project from start to competition, controlling payments and contract performance
•Provide relevant reports and information to the senior management team
•Support commercial assistants, providing guidance and expertise
Key Requirements/Skills
•Driven, self-motivated and highly professional
•Relevant degree or equivalent
•Professional Membership of RICS
•Min 3 years' experience in a similar role
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•High level of IT literacy, especially Excel
•Flexible, adaptable with an open and honest approach
