Job Title: Marketing Officer

Hours: Full time, 36 hours per week.

Job Status: fixed-term up until 30^th September 2017 to cover a period of adoption leave.

Location: Leeds

Salary: £28,569.79 per annum (pro rata)

Skills for Care helps create a better-led, more skilled and valued adult social care workforce. We provide practical tools and support to help adult social care organisations in England recruit, develop and lead their workforce to ensure dignity and respect are at the heart of service delivery.

In the role, you’ll be providing marketing expertise and support on allocated projects within the organisation, liaising with colleagues to ensure that marketing requirements are clear and link to achieving objectives for an identified audience.

 Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing marketing plans
• Using online and offline marketing channels producing marketing material using Adobe InDesign, including copywriting, design, proof reading, packaging and distribution
• Brand guidance
• Website development
• Managing supplier relationships
• Making judgements about value for money to ensure that budgets are maximised
• Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activity.

We’re looking for someone who has worked in a similar environment and has excellent communication skills.
